warwickcu.org	CONCRETE5, CONCRETE5_MOBILE	Concrete5 is our content management system. Cookies will be used on every page. To our understanding, this is used to handle sessions, and is necessary to the running of the website.
google.com	PREF, NID, testcookie, khcookie	These cookies are set when you visit a page which includes a Google Map (at the time of writing, the Churches pages). They are necessary to display the maps, but this is not considered strictly necessary to the running of the website. As a result, unless you have opted in to cookie usage, that content will be blocked, thus stopping any cookie from being set.
youtube.com	VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE, use_hitbox	These are generally set when Youtube videos are embedded onto our website. We do our best to embed videos in Youtube's "Privacy-Enhanced Mode", which does not set or use cookies until the user clicks "Play" on the videos. When the user hits "Play", however, cookies are set and used. To protect your privacy, therefore, unless you have opted in to cookie usage, youtube videos we have embedded will not show.

This website is not subscribed to any invasive analytics software fetching information on your computer (e.g., Google Analytics). However, our host keeps logs of website visits, including IP addresses; and statistics are compiled through these, automatically.

Third-party cookies are outside of our control, and their names are subject to change without our knowledge. The information above is correct at the time of writing; and there will be no change to the circumstances where they appear. Users who have not opted in to the use of cookies will still be protected from these.

Finally, we are looking into integration of the website with social media, which will come with its own cookies. The opting in mechanism we are considering rolling out is site-wide, and will not be reset when these are included.
